Introduction

The University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSM) is a branch campus of the University of Southampton, UK, which is situated in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. Southampton is ranked 77th in the globally recognized QS University Rankings 2022 and is a founder member of the Russell Group of research-intensive UK universities.

With the opening of the Malaysia campus in 2012, we wanted to offer Affordable High Quality UK Education right here in Malaysia, reaching out to students seeking higher quality education nearer to home. The university started by offering its World Renowned Engineering programmes and have recently added Business, Computer Science, Economics and Actuarial Science programmes as well. Of course Foundation Year pathway are possible for SPM/IGCSE students to progress into those Undergraduate programmes.

With the main campus at Southampton, UK, students who studies in the Malaysia campus will have the flexible option of transferring your studies to the UK campus to experience and fulfill your lifelong dream of studying abroad*.  

Upon completion of your studies either in the Malaysia campus or UK campus, you will be awarded the same certificate and qualification which grants you recognition globally for the pursue of your career opportunities.
